THE RABBIT ROOM POLICIES

Age Requirement

The Rabbit Room is a family-friendly space, and guests of all ages are welcome. Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times.

Alcohol is served only to guests who are 21 years of age or older. A valid government-issued photo ID is required for all alcohol purchases, and IDs are checked for every sale without exception. We appreciate your understanding as we comply with state regulations and prioritize responsible service.

Responsible Alcohol Service

We are committed to responsible alcohol service. Management reserves the right to refuse service to any guest who appears intoxicated or fails to comply with our policies. We appreciate your understanding as we prioritize the safety of our guests and staff.

Outside Food & Beverage

Outside food and beverages are not permitted unless approved in advance for private events. Wine Club members enrolled in tiers that include no corkage may bring eligible bottles in accordance with club terms.

While we offer a curated selection of food items, our kitchen may handle common allergens including nuts, dairy, gluten, and shellfish. We cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. Please inform our staff of any dietary concerns.

Wine Club Memberships

Wine Club memberships are billed monthly and include tier-specific benefits as outlined at enrollment. Member discounts, tastings, and complimentary pours must be used within the active billing month and do not roll over or stack into future months if unused.

Physical items included with select memberships—such as bottles of wine or bags of specialty coffee—may be stored on behalf of the member for up to three (3) months at no additional charge. After three months, uncollected items will incur a $5 monthly storage fee per membership until items are picked up. Storage fees will be billed automatically.

All Wine Club benefits must be redeemed in person and are non-transferable. Unused benefits and unclaimed items are not eligible for refunds or credits.

Private Events

Private events require advance booking and may be subject to minimum spend requirements, deposits, and cancellation policies. Final details will be confirmed at the time of reservation.

Conduct & Atmosphere

The Rabbit Room is designed for conversation, connection, and lingering. Disruptive behavior, harassment, or disrespect toward guests or staff will not be tolerated. Management reserves the right to ask guests to leave if necessary.

Policy Updates

Policies may be updated at any time to reflect changes in operations, regulations, or offerings. The most current version will always be available on our website.
